Return and Exchange

How do I return or Exchange purchased items?

7 Days Replacement Only

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, then call our customer service on (+92) 300 0991801 to log a replacement request within 7 days of delivery. For device-related issues after usage please contact the service centre listed on the warranty card included with your product or alternatively check our Brand Contact List for more details.

This product is not eligible for a replacement if the product is “no longer needed”. “No longer needed” means that you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the specification does not fit your job requirement / your project does not fit for this machine or equipment / you do not like the product after opening the package.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, unwashed and without any flaws or damaged signs.

The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Qitmeer.biz packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with a return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer box.

Before returning the supplied equipment the machine / equipment shall be inspected by the Qitmeer’s Team.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

How long are returns accepted?

We will accept returns within 3 days of your receiving the item(s) unless stated otherwise in the product description.

What are the shipping charges for returned items?

We recommend using TCS Courier Service, however the return amount will be eligible on the buyer’s end only. Please get quotations from your trusted delivery service.

Can I get a refund if Item is damaged?

If Correct item is provided without any manufacturing defect, we don’t have any refund policy yet. But In future we will work on it. Yet if Wrong item is provided against the buyer order then we can refund the payment on your given bank account.

There is no deduction if  Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Below Rs. 15000. Hence if the item Cost Above Rs. 15000 (Rs. 1000) Will be Deducted.

There will be a deduction of Rs. 300 on each transaction on Bank or On-line transactions Below Rs. 15,000. Hence if the item Cost Above Rs. 15000 (Rs. 1000) Will be Deducted.

If the purchased item is under warranty, you can claim it by calling our support or Email us sales-2@qitmeer.com.pk

Can I exchange my item?

Yes You can Exchange the item if Purchased from the Same seller under 3 Day notice after goods are delivered but only on the condition its not been used or damaged. In this Case you can Call us or WhatApp Us (92 3000991801) while providing the pictures in detail.

Support and Services

Do you Provide the Support Services?

Thanks to Qitmeer.biz we have support Services. Our Team can guide you with repair or maintenance services. All repair and maintenance services shall have separate charges varying according to the product. Hence after repair or maintenance the buyer has to pay the Courier charges.

How to Sign Up as a Member?

Click on the ‘My Account’ tab Or ‘Login” Tab at the top right hand side of the page. You will then be prompted to a new page where you will find a form just fill it up and Click ‘Submit’.  Or you can register yourself with social logins. Registration is now complete. Check your email to confirm registration.

How to Update my account details?

Once you’re logged in, To update details and personal information, click on the ‘My Account’ tab at the top right hand side of the page. You will be lead to the next page of My Account where you will find the option of your  ‘Contact Information’. Change your details as needed. Click the ‘Save’ button.

Do You Provide Credit or Debit Card Transaction Safety?

Qitmeer.biz is very much concerned about any misuse of Credit Card information to be leaked out. Hence it is not our policy to keep any credit card or Debit Card Information. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured. Hence no extra charges on the Credit or Debit Card are charged.

What Currency do you use?

Qitmeer.biz only accept Pakistani Rupee (Rs)

Do we Store Credit Card Details?

Credit card information is not stored. We value your privacy, your information will not be sold or passed on to third parties. To read more about how we protect your privacy. Once the order is placed you would be requested to email a picture of your credit card to us for verification purposes along with a copy of your photo ID.

Can we get the refund on the Wrong Transactions?

In case if the Customer mistakenly made the transaction or if someone misused your Credit or Debit Card. Kindly report us Promptly via email sales-2@qitmeer.com.pk or Call us ( 92 3000991801). In order to return the Payment you will be charged Rs. 300 (Per Transaction). This should be prior to 1 Day Notice only, after 1 day we will consider it as a normal purchase payment.
